2013 VSL AGM

The Vancouver Squash League (VSL) will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, March 23rd at 3:00pm.
All players in the VSL are welcome and encouraged to participate in the decision-making of your squash league. Items are put forward to the Board and listed on the AGM Agenda to be discussed (and possibly voted on).
The AGM will be followed by the DIV 1 finals at about 5:00 p.m. (Open and Ladies) and the Wrap Party. We will announce the venue for both on March 7th.
Please forward any agenda suggestions (by REPLY email) no later than March 9th. This will allow us two weeks to advertise the final agenda.
Also note that there are positions available on the VSL Board for the 2013-2014 season.
Please forward your nominations (with the consent of the nominee:) Candidates will be elected at the AGM.

Please contact the League Coordinator or your club pro for a PDF of the proxy (for voting at the AGM) that must be signed by the captain of the team as per rule 10.1.2.
